I had a great experience at Washington Park Motel. Gabby reached out to me and ensured I was greeted at the front desk at my arrival by Cristen. Cristen could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The room was very clean and super comfortable. I requested a late checkout, which ended up being even later than I thought. Cristen very graciously accommodated my request and told me to take my time. I thought I had left an item behind and reached out to both Cristen and Gabby who immediately responded and started looking for the item. I was in the area for an annual event. I'm so pleased that I found the Washington Park Motel and will definitely book a room in the coming years.

We had a reservation for three people, but when we arrived, the room was set up for two, with just one queen bed. We spoke to one of the owners, and he was incredibly kind, talking with him, he offered us another room at no extra cost. The place is cozy, clean, and well located, but what really stands out is the warm and accommodating service. We truly appreciated the hospitality and generosity. They also offer all the amenities needed for a stay. For the best experience, I highly recommend booking directly with them instead of through third-party sites. That way, everything is smoother, and you can enjoy their excellent personal attention from the start.

Very, very nice rooms, friendly owner lives on premises. Nicer than some Hotels I've stayed. Would definitely stay there again. Even allowed us to have a cat there. We stayed for 4 days, so got to know the place and were very happy we stayed there. Fridge and micro in our room helped save us some money

I had a great stay. My room was very clean. The whole space was cute. Quiet area at night. I appreciated the option for late check in. The owners were super nice and available for any needs.

Room was small, but so cozy. Had tv, microwave, mini fridge (with freezer also). Bathroom was small (am a large person) but so cute and had everything one could need. 10/10 would stay again

I loved my stay...I was passing through the area and just needed one night...this motel was a great price in central location so gave it a try....im so happy I did bc it was absolutely adorable ...like a comfy, boutique hotel in Boston only in nowell w parking! Thank you...Will be back.

This quaint yet lovely spot is the prefect mix of nostalgia and quality. The room is clean and the host is friendly and accommodating! I will definitely be here again!

Great experience here. Needed a place to stay last minute due to an unexpected snowstorm that hit that left my street pretty much undriveable (plow guys can be a little lazy sometimes) and found this hidden gem. Booking was pretty easy over the phone, they were able to get me to check in pretty early and Cristen the manager was very friendly and accommodating. Had to pay a surcharge because I checked in early but it wasn't too painful. Rooms are small but cozy and the bed was really comfortable and even though I didn't use it the shower was really nice looking too. Place is also in a very convenient location next to a lot of good restaurants and stores nearby if you need any accessories or food. Room also had a refrigerator and a microwave. I'd stay again if need be. Thanks again Cristen and staff!!

I just want say Thank you ! It’s a very good place to stay, you fill the vibe , like home. Right across the street has plaza, markets , all you need . Very clean, new furnitures, towels, shower supply and etc. I will rent it for a month during my work season down in Boston ! Great work! Owner and team

I can’t thank these people enough! I had a business meeting and needed a last minute place to stay. I have dealt with terrible receptionist in the past and let me tell you, this was the polar opposite. I called last minute and these guys saved the day. The arrangement was beautiful and my room had the same coffee machine as I have at home! I’m telling you this place really does feel like home! Good service, better people! Will definitely stay again!
